Assemble Automatic Egg Incubator using Room Temperature Control Circuit

egg incubator
Automatic egg incubator circuit scheme is quite simple and easy to make. The main components of this circuit is the thermistor. Thermistor is a component or electronic sensors used to measure temperature.
The basic principle of the thermistor is the change in resistance value (resistance) if the temperature or the temperature of the thermistor is changed.
With this sensor course, we can adjust the room temperature in accordance with what we want.

Therefore, this circuit scheme can be used for automatic egg incubator. Automatic egg incubator that, in principle, when the temperature rises more than it should or settings then heating or lights will be extinguished or vacuum fan will turn on.
And when the room temperature is the lowest temperature over the limit then the heater or lamp will light up once connected through a relay switch controlled PNP transistor types such as ZT2284 or BC557 or BD140.
The circuit is very appropriate to the principle or the workings of an automatic egg incubator.

The Workings of the circuit:

Room temperature for egg incubator usually 37.8 °C or 100 °F.
When the room temperature is above 38 °C relay will work to turn the vacuum fan and turn off the lights.
When the indoor temperature drops below 37 ° C, the relay off and lamp is on.

The duration of the relay works arranged by VR2 (Hysteresis = ratio of the highest to the lowest temperature).
The temperature difference is only about 0.5 °C - 1 °C.
VR1 is set high and low temperatures to be achieved. VR3 to smooth the temperature setting to be achieved.

Note: Relays are used to use the relay 2 Pin, first Pin to the fan, and the other pin can be used as an incandescent lamp switch.
When the relay gets voltage or longer working the lights are off and vice versa when the relay is not received then the voltage of the lamp is on.

  1. Is this a two ways source power circuit?!!! Means could a AC power source or whatever works independently?!!
